Engagement Level Definitions
- 1 - Unaware: Stakeholder has little to no knowledge about the product/feature
- 2 - Resistant: Stakeholder is aware but may have concerns or objections
- 3 - Neutral: Stakeholder is neither supportive nor resistant
- 4 - Supportive: Stakeholder is positive about the product/feature and provides help when asked
- 5 - Champion: Stakeholder actively promotes the product/feature and helps overcome obstacles
Engagement Strategy Options
- Monitor: Keep an eye on, minimal direct engagement
- Inform: Regular one-way communications (updates, newsletters)
- Consult: Seek input on specific decisions or issues
- Collaborate: Work together actively on project elements
- Empower: Give decision-making authority in certain areas
